Join us for the Annual CapCOG Auction

The 2026 CapCOG Auction will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Cedar Cliff High School, 1301 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA.
​
A food truck will be on site to provide refreshments including breakfast and lunch, as well as drinks.
​
A notary will be on site to process title transfers starting at 12:00 PM.
​
All items purchased must be removed from the site no later than 12 PM on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

​​Who may sell items?
​CapCOG Municipal Members are able to participate in the Auction as part of their annual membership.
CapCOG Associate Members may elect to participate in the auction as their one complimentary service with membership or add the program for an additional fee.

Who may attend auction?
The Auction is open to the public. We encourage members to promote the auction on their websites and in newsletters. The more attendees we have at the event, the better return for our participating members.
​
What may be offered for sale?
​Cars, trucks, vehicles of all types, office equipment and supplies, appliances and tools, computers, furniture, instruments, etc. Only flat screen monitors. NO televisions.
Proceeds
​Participants receive 90% of the selling price for vehicles and heavy equipment; 10% is paid by buyer and CapCOG retains 10% for expenses.
For all other auction items, participants receive 80% of the selling price; 20% is retained for the expenses of auctioneer, advertising, and administrative costs.

Advertising
​CapCOG works with its auctioneer to advertise the Auction via mailers and online at Auctionzip.com.
Members are encouraged to link Auction information on their websites.
