CapCOG uses a regional approach to help members more efficiently, effectively, and economically meet state and federal mandates by:

• Facilitating communication between MS4-permitted as well as non-permitted entities

• Conducting training programs

• Publishing a joint MS4 Public Information Ad annually

• Updating participants on legislation, regulations, best practices, etc.
