Board of Delegates | Capital Region COG PA

CapCOG's Board of Delegates (BOD) is made up of member municipalities. Each member designates a Delegate and Alternate who attend CapCOG's monthly BOD Meetings.

The Executive Committee for 2024 is:

Robin Lindsey, President (Lower Paxton Township)
Ken Martin, Vice President (Upper Allen Township)
Mark Stonbraker, Treasurer (Highspire Borough)
Al Bienstock, Secretary (Hampden Township)
Cory Adams, Past President (South Middleton Township)

The CapCOG BOD meets the third Monday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 7 PM at the Hampden Township Municipal Building located at 209 S. Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg.

The BOD's January meeting is replaced by the Annual Dinner and Reorganization Meeting.

The BOD's September meeting is replaced by the Picnic/Golf Tournament.

The BOD typically does not meet in the months of August and December.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the CapCOG Board of Delegates did not meet in the months of March through June of 2020.
