The annual reorganization meeting will be held on Monday, January 16, 2012, 6:30pm prevailing time, at the Park Inn, 5401 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050

All public meetings will be held at 7:00 pm prevailing time on the third Monday monthly commencing Monday February 20, 2012, and continuing through December 17, 2012, except no public meetings are scheduled for January, August, and September 2012.
